Are there any limitations to NASA's Curiosity Mars Rover. If so what are they?

If you're talking about engineering limitations, a major one is weight. As you add more weight to a spacecraft, it needs more fuel to get to the same height, then it needs more fuel to lift that fuel...etc etc, this continues for a while. As a result, the rover itself is limited to a certain number of tools and pieces of equipment upon liftoff.

Additionally, the wheels of the rover are becoming damaged. You could do a Google image search on "curiosity wheel wear" and find something, I'm sure. There's also a limit on the amount of time things like solar panels and motors will hold out before becoming unusable.
