do about 100 sit ups a day and cut down on fatty foods go on a balanced diet
Do calasthetics or Pilates (100's, criss cross....)ect. and drink lots of water as it flushes away a lot of the stuff....
I've read this in a magazine... (if you had a child or children this is the best thing to do) you lay flat on your back and you take your index finger and press your belly button inward hold it in for 10 seconds do this 10 times as often as you want... it works trust me...
Contrary to popular belief, doing specific exercises do not target the fat around a specific area.
There is absolutely no way to target pecfic areas of fat. Period.
For best results, you must do aerobic activity, weight training and proper diet to lose fat. Your body burns the fat as a whole, not from specific areas.

A way i use to make my stomach flatter is to wrap saran wrap around it and leave it there for a about a half an hour or even throughout the day as a corset and if you do this often enough you will gain a flatter stomach
While your just sitting around, maybe at work at school eating, what ever you are doing try to constantly keep your abs sucked in and clenched. They may start to burn but that IS a good sign. Keep good posture while doing this and it will help shrink and flatten you stomach.
