Yes there is. Unfortunately, you can only ride it to work. Here's how to get it:
1. Find a job (In a newspaper or a computer)
2. If you selected your job on a saturday or sunday, wait for the next weekday, this is when your sim works on his job.
3. When it is time to go to work you will see this message:
"The carpool has arrived!"
4. If you go outside, you will see your car on the street, and you can select "go to work" which will usually take 6 sim hours.
