That's a really great question. One way of answering the question is to say, "Yes, but you wouldn't want to wear them". NIght vision (low light) goggles are sort of black and white. A black and white image sensor and display would do the job.

But just plain "glasses"? My guess is that it is possible but not yet done, and maybe not very useful either..
