If the answer needs to be yes or no, it would be most fair to say no. There are some narrow bays that are sometimes considered fjords, mostly in northern Finland. In southern Finland, there is only the ten-kilometer long Paarlahti bay which has been called longest inland fjord of Scandinavia, but it does not really resemble the great fjords in for example, Norway. It also has a few islands which is not usual for fjords.

In Lake Inari in Lapland however, there are several bays that carry the word vuono (the finnish word for fjord) in their names.

So Finland is not the place to go if you want to see fjords and if you ask a Finn he/she would most probably say that there are no fjords in Finland.

There are no mountains in Finland, per se, but there are a lot of tunturi's (eng: Fell), which means a small mountain in Finnish language. The heighest, Halti, is about 1.35 kilometer high.
