No, and I would suggest avoiding anything you find on the internet claiming to be "safer", "better" or "cheaper" than what you get from your veterinarian. There are three major types of worms that dogs and cats can get: roundworms and hookworms, tapeworms, and whipworms. Each requires a completely different medication.
Honestly, a fecal float at your vet clinic should be $10-15, and the medication is generic, extremely safe and dirt cheap from a veterinarian.
No. There are no home remedies for treating dogs with worms, and some of the home "remedies" can even be harmful to the dog. But it doesn't cost that much to have your dog treated for worms. You can get worm treatments at pet supply stores, farm co-op stores, and even other types of stores such as Wal Mart (as long as you know the type of worm), as well as from your vet. And please be sure to always follow the directions as prescribed.

If it is inside them, take them to the vet and get them tested for heart worm and they will give you medications for the puppies to take. There are many different typed of medications depending on how severe the problem is. Considering that they are only 6 weeks old, it must not be too sever so there will be no harm to the dogs when they take the medications. That is really the only way to treat the problem.
See your vet and get worm capsules. It isn't all that expensive. Don't try home remedies or you could very well make the puppies sick. Think of it this way .... what would you do if your baby had a problem with worms (and kids can get worms)? I hardly think you would self medicate them even if it was herbal. Herbal rememdies are not 100% safe either.
There are not proven safe, effective home remedies for deworming puppies. You should have a fecal examination performed by your vet to determine what parasites your puppy has and then get an appropriate dewormer.

There is no home remedy, however you can get pet medication on the internet delivered to your home. Since we know you have internet access, try Google "Pet Meds" and place an order there. Don't grind them to powder, just crush them until they are small shards. Give your dog between 1 tsp and 2 tbsps (based on size, the first is for a 10 pound dog, the last for one who is 100 pounds) a day for roughly five days. You should see the worms clear up. Good luck, and take care.
