Are ugh boots made for the snow?

Snow is made when water vapor in the atmosphere condenses into ice crystals. Ice crystals aggregate into the snowflakes that we see. They get heavier than the surrounding air and fall to the ground.

Snow is also made up of dust, frozen water, and polluted air. So don't go eating it!

It's not made it was created by the weather like the clouds .It creates on winter it should be cold like 100% cold to create snow it should be less 5'C cold
