simply when there is wind it stors up some electrisate and releses it very slowly it genrarets power for its self it even use it when there is wind becase it would go around rely slowly...
No because if the sensible people are using them correctly they won't get hurt but the idiots that hurt them selves are the ones that don't know how to use fireworks.
