Are wizards real and this has to be a adult?

Answer:
"Wizard" originates from the term oath breaker. It is not commonly used outside of the Hollywood film industry. Magickal practitioners do exist, and they go by a variety of names depending upon their culture, geography, and spiritual worldview. Probably the most well known of these are the Witch and the Shaman.

Another Perspective
When I was learning my craft the word "warlock" was interpreted to mean "Oath-breaker" - one who has broken their oath with god.
We commonly use the term wizard to describe practitioners of magic who do so without the "spiritual path" most witches follow.
It is believed by some that the lack of "spirituality" implies a lack of ethics on the part of the practitioner, however, in my experience ethics is a purely personal thing.
As for the practice of magic, there are a great many people in this world currently practicing it. None of us do the popularised "Hollywood" version but a great many truly wondrous thing are done daily by ethical practitioners.
