Are you any less likely to get pregnant when you have a cold? |
[Edit] |
Well, I'm not going to tell you yes or no, but I'm leaning towards, "You can become pregnant even if you have a cold." I have never heard of this being a problem. If you are still unsure, contact a family planning clinic by phone and ask. They will find the answer for you if they do not know.
Answer
If you are ovulating at the time you have sex, then sure. A cold may not effect that.
Although, your body does not naturally like to concieve when it is not in a healthy condition. I do not know if having a cold raises the chance of miscarriage, but I would think that it is possible for a sperm and an egg to join. I don't see why not.
