You are underweight - your BMI is 15.2 and the healthy range is 19.5 to 24.9. You are however young which tends to mean you will be slimmer but technically you are underweight.

The best way to figure your healthiest weight is by your height. For 5 feet you should weight 100 lbs. and for every inch more you should weight an extra five lbs. For example, if you are 5 ft. 1 in. you should weight 105. If you are 5 ft. 2 in. you should weigh 110 and so on. Hope that helps.

If you are 5'3" then it is normal. If you are shorter, then it is considered overweight. It depends on your height and muscle development.

Based solely on your weight and height (not age), you come out in the lower half of normal. You are closer to being underweight rather than overweight.
