In the US, children are checked in at the airport the same as everyone else. Identification will be required of the parents for the children. TSA approaches children more gently than adults and children are able to leave their shoes on to go through security.

A will is a document that directs how a persons "estate" (that is all their possessions after all debts and taxes have been paid off) is to be disposed of after they are dead. The will may or may not leave some or all of the estate to the persons children - also the laws in some countries my override the provisions of a will in certain circumstances.

Not necessarioy. They MAY leave a copy as a courtesy, or as required by their individual jurisdictions or department, but it is not a requirement in the jurisdictions that I am aware of, including the Feds.
If it isn't - it should be ! Far too many children leave school knowing nothing about the world outside their own country !
