no because then you are not a regular person but a soldier
A British Civilian can join the army at aged 16 years old. But he/she must have left school first
They technically aren't allowed to; the maximum age to join just the Army Reserve is 42.
Army Soldier more experience.
Yea u would most likely die to,, they put all the reserve on the frontlines
Because he needed a job. Soldiering was an honourable profession in Roman times.
No. You are working when in the army.
If you earned your Ranger tab on active duty prior to joining the Army Reserve, you will still continue to be Ranger qualified. If you are simply serving in the US Army Reserve and intent to be sent to Ranger school from your Reserve unit, your chances are slim to none, and you would be better off to join the National Guard and try to get into a Special Forces unit of the National Guard. If you are looking to serve in a Ranger unit of the US Army Reserve, then this will be impossible, as there are no such units in the Army Reserve. The US Army Reserve is composed of training and support units, with all combat arms relegated to the Regular Army and Army National Guard. The one exception to this is the 100th Battalion, 442nd Infantry Regiment, which is an infantry battalion of the US Army Reserve, which is composed of reservists from Hawaii, American Samoa, Saipan, and Guam.
Yes
Not as a soldier. You MIGHT be able to find employment as a DoD civilian, but it'll disqualify you from soldiering.
For all you who are looking for this answer, I am sad to say you will join me in discovering dissapointment in this... for there is not an answer.
Its better to join the Green Berets as a Army Solider because you will get more experience and have a better chance of making it through the selection process and training. Civilians can not join the Green Berets. The GB's are Soldiers, not civilians.
Yes, dumb people can join the army. They may never rise to a high rank, but they can still be soldiers.
