As an independent sub-contractor are you required to get professional liability insurance? |
[Edit]
Answer
This depends upon wether the person you are doing work for is willing to accept your liability under thier insurance. By design, any insurance policy will pick up independet contractors and the charge will be billed to the policy holder.
