A cow is a mature female bovine that has had a calf, so obviously she is already at the ripe age to be able to be bred, so long as she isn't pregnant already.
You can breed them by their 2nd or 3rd heat, so I would say 1 and a half or 2 years old.
7 to 9 months of age but it is better to wait until the doe is at least 12 months old so that she is fully grown when she kids.
