β 12y agoHaunter does not evolve at a certain level. It only has to be traded. You can literally have a lv. 100 Haunter and trade it: You will get a Gengar.

β 12y agoAny level will do, as Haunter evolves through trade rather than levelling. If a Gastly evolves into a Haunter for example, you can evolve it again immediately by trading it.
