well on the allies side the youngest you could be was 16 with parents consent, 17 without. 44 was the maximum age you could be to fight overseas

on the axis side was around the age of 16- 50 to fight. within Germany in the Hitler youth fought as young as 12.

The age ranges of the soldiers that fought in WW2 were a range from 16 to 50 at least that is what my grandma said and she lived through it but I believe that is what it was.
