Who could say for sure what battery it takes? One thing is for sure, Canon never manufactured a DL-9000 camera. You can also find Nikon DL-9000 and Kodak DL-9000 cameras out there. ALL of these cameras are fraudulent knock-offs. They seem to be similar to the insides of a cardboard camera inside of plastic body. Please do not associate the image quality of this camera with legitimate cameras.
