first you start out with the egg. then the larva(mealworm). then a pup.Last but not least the beetle!!!!!!!

they live in cocoons on beaches or shores, and then they spend there life on the surface of streams, rivers ect. Larvae live in the bottom of rives, streams ect. then they die by getting eaten.
