No one knows that answer yet but some scientists actually do believe that other life is on other planets. Not necessarily humans but other living creatures.
At the moment 12/2010 the answer is no. However, as exploration continues and technology increases the answer may well change. Speculation is yes but until evidence is produced the answer is no.
