Bose in my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder The radio works fine but the CD player which holds 6 I am getting an error 5 You can load CD and hear it trying but then the error 5 displays?

Similar problem w/2000 Pathfinder; I get "error 1" & it won't play the cds. Did you ever learn how to interpret the codes?
Your CD player is really a Claroin CD player I had the same problems , I removed it from the radio combination and took it to a Clarion service store and they repaired it. I called Nissan and Bose and they couldn't help me.
