Where can you get a 7mm cable tacker that is made especially to tack TV cables inside the home. I did see a cable guy use one and was told the cable is at least 7mm but most tackers only go up to 6mm?

Get an Arrow T37 cable stapler - staples are 5/16" (8mm) wide. Perfect for RG6 coax. Do a Google search for Arrow T37, they're available a bunch of places. You probably won't find one at the big box stores like Home Depot though.

You can also get several staplers that shoot plastic insulated staples like the Arrow T59, but the staples are super expensive compared to regular wire ones...
