Take your salary (example $20,000) and divide it by the number of weeks you work (usually 52).
20,000/52= $384.62 (this is what you earn each week)
Then divide this amount by the number of hours...
Divide the amount of dollars you were paid by the number of hours worked. For example, you receive $100.00 in pay for 10 hours worked. 100/10=$10.00 per hour.
