It is perfectly safe to get married with any blood group. People who start having kids with the same blood type have no complications due to the child's blood type in the whom. If the child has different blood type then the mother that has some rare blood types (A- RH- being one of them), then both have the chance of getting blood poisoning at birth (but they have inoculations to stop that).
