Depo provera is a hormone and should not affect any neurological functions such as speech. If you have not started any other medication and have not been injurred in any way, I would recommend seeing your physician immediately! Problems with speech can result from heart problems (slow stroke/heart attacks/blood clots) which ca be caused by any form of birth control.... so get to your doctor now!
