Can I withhold signing the title on a car my ex-husband and I owned prior to divorce which he recieved in property division and now wants to sell as a bargaining tool to collect money he owes me? |

No, if the court ordered the vehicle to be relinquished to the ex-husband as part of a property settlement you must sign off on the title and allow him to take the vehicle or you will be subject to contempt of court. He has a legal right to take whatever action he chooses with the vehicle and if necesssary petition the court to enforce the property distribution order.
