absolutely. all alcohol is cooked off, and there is nothing harmful that remains after it is cooked. Most people seem to recommend a glass of red wine a day for pregnancy, so even if all the alcohol did not cook off (which is impossible since it evaporates very quickly) it should not be a problem.

If it's the vodka in the sauce that you are concerned about don't worry, when the sauce is cooked the alcohol is cooked out of it leaving the flavor. It's just like how kids are allowed to be served wine sauces or beer battering, there is no alcoholic content. If you are concerned with the nutrition or sodium levels you need to read the labels and make sure it matches up with your diet plan.

Its spelled Tartare sauce (or Tartar sauce; US spelling). I would assume not because its made from mayonnaise which in return is made with raw egg.
