Can US citizen resident legally marry an undivorced romanian citizen now living in US-romanian spouse lives in romania?

[Edit]

My guess would be probably, only because if a married ROmanian can marry in the U.S. without divorcing their Romanian spouse who lives in Romania, then why not? But then again, your' question is very....complicated.=)

Sorry, and I'm not 100% sure if this is true or not. I think it would only make logical sense.
