Yes this can be avoided but, the problem is...you shouldn't be having this problem in the first place.

There must be an error in your windows installation because the WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) is apart of the normal running of the Windows Operating system.

This can be disabled by going to Start>Run>"msconfig">Ok>Services>Find "Windows Management Instrumentation" in the list and untick it, then click "Apply" then "Ok"

Then restart your Pc, this should stop the program from popping up in the future.

WARNING: Disabling this service may cause more problems for your PC

If a problem occurs, simply follow the same instructions that I have given but TICK IT again, and then restart.
