In Washington state a child should be 13 years of age before riding in the front seat. There is one exception which is that if a child is over 8 years old and 40 pounds, they must be able to meet certain height and positional requirements to be able to wear the seat belt properly.

it depends how much they weigh and how tall they are they have to be 80 pounds and like 4.3 feet tall.

I think you can if you weight over like 75 pounds or you are a certain height
