Can a 13-year-old stay overnight alone in Pennsylvania?

[Edit]

Answer

12 is the normal legal age for being left alone, it is okay for a 13 year old to be alone overnight.

Answer

Never mind the legalities, do you feel happy leaving him/her alone?

I have 3 children (all now well over 13) and I would have left one of them, but not the other, they would have burned the house down.
