i think its 16 there but where i live its any age but u need a good education
Yes, as long as it is not during school hours when school is actively in session. They can babysit during the summer, on school vacations, and in the evenings on school days.
A teen may be okay but it will be better with only one child to take care of. But if the one year old mostly sleeps it could be okay to take care of both.
It's not legal, but you can just lock the doors, & tell them not to open the door to ANYONE.
In Oregon, a 13 year old minor is allowed to babysit other minors. This is only allowed on a part-time basis while they are attending school and can be on a full-time basis during school breaks.
In California there is a limit age to be left alone which is only about 2-3 hours if under 18 and those hours are only in the daytime.Parents should be strongly cautioned on how they left there children home for so long maybe a hour is fine but not for 3 or say 4 hours. If your 16 it might well 3-4 hours as you get older time limits may be longer.Once you reach 18 you can live on your own with out time limits of being left alone at your parents home.
No, a 15 year old can't live alone on their own because they are a minor and need parental supervision. A 15 year old can be left alone to babysit or on their own for the evening if their parents go out for the evening.
In the US, it's highly unlikely that you will be emancipated. Emancipation is rarely granted to begin with, and when the minor has a child it reduces the chances of it being granted even further (for many reasons).
A person in Alabama is not considered the Age of Majority until 19, even though at 18 you are charged as an adult automatically if you commit any crime. Alabama Section 30-4-15 and 16 basically say that when an 18 year old is married, their removal of disabilities of nonage is effected immediately (basically saying when you turn 18 and are married in the state of Alabama, you are considered "emancipated") and you now have the same legal rights and abilities as anyone age 19 and older.
Sorry, but no. Alabama does not have an emancipation law. Children are the responsibility of the parents until they are 19 in Alabama. An 18 year old can get an order relieving them of the disabilities of being a minor, in other words it allows them to contract.
Alabama has a “Relief of Minor Children from Disabilities of Nonage” Title 26, Chapter 13- The Age of Majority in Alabama is 19. The Relief of Minor Children from Disabilities is only available to minors over age of 18.
I think a ten year old can babysit as many children they can depending on their responsibility and how many kids they can handle.
Yes, an 11 year old can babysit in Virginia. The decision is up to the parents of the babysitter and the parents of the child. Most children do not babysit until they are 12 years old.
With parental permission, but should not be for extended periods.
{| |- | The age of majority in Alabama is 19. Anyone under that age is considered a minor. There is an act that will allow an 18 year old to sign contracts. |}
You can babysit , walk dogs , wash cars , wash dogs , You can do a lot of things
i think 2 i am not sure......
I am an eleven year old and there is NO limit to children. However parents must recognize in what hands there leaving there child in!
Yes, 14 is a great age to start babysitting! 14 year olds are usually not ready to babysit for infants. But it is a good age to babysit for for small children, for short periods of time, and not too late at night.
I think that this all depends on maturity. If you are twelve, you should be able to look after at least 3 children but you should never babysit more than 5 kids unless you are old enough to. Then again, if the family trusts you with 5 kids because they know you are practical, responsible and caring, you should be okay. Be sure to check with your arents before you babysit anyone, though!!
Alabama does not have an emancipation statute. However, an 18 year old can be relieved of the disabilities of being a minor.
