Yes. It's generally a bit harder for most guys (assuming you're not a girl) to build up all that much muscle before they're around 18 or so, but creatine should help at least somewhat. Just remember that it's not a magic bullet and you won't see results overnight. You still have to put in your time at the gym and eat right if you want to get big.
