Opinions on Statutory Rape
It depends on the state you live in and the girl's parents. If the family wishes, they can have the man prosecuted, depending on the state's statutory rape law. If the family does not press charges, the man and girl might be able to live together with the girl's parent's concent.
Though many believe a girl becomes emancipated from her parents when she becomes pregnant as a minor, this is not true. The only exception is the state of Wisconsin, so the girl's parents would be the deciding factor on whether the man would be charged with a crime or the two could live together without any trouble.
