No, the legal age of consent in ct is 16 years old. Even with sexual contact, the relationship is still legal. I would, however, be wary of the parents. Do not sneak around with her, she is still under 18 and officially a child. They do have a right to say who she can and cannot hang around. I would meet the parents and then go from there. But from a legal standpoint, no you cannot get in trouble.

∙ 15y agoim not sure but i think if the parents of the 17 year old press charges against the 21 then the 21 yr old will get jailed classified under a childed sex offender but if the parents dont care you wont have to worry about it.
