No. In Missouri, you must have parental permission to marry until you turn 18. You can get married directly after you receive your marriage license on your 18th birthday but not a day before. On a personal note, 17 is very very young to get married. Please consider living a bit more before you take on more responsibility than you already have. Concentrate on making yourself and your baby happy and stable before you add on the stress of marriage, especially since it sounds like your parents may not approve of the marriage.
