Can a 17 year old live with her 21 year old fiance?

Answer

I'm not 100% sure on this... but I believe her fiance couldn't get in trouble because you both are minors. The only thing possible I could see is "contributing to the dilequency of the minor" and that would only be in the case if they were tried as an adult. Which only occurs I believe for violent crimes. I would suggest not running away if at all possible though, dear. Hope this helps.

Answer

You are underage until you are 18. He could end up with legal problems unless your parents will sign off, giving permission.
