I would say no ...never heard of an engine that will run on both unless you change your compression ratio which they did on old tractors to start on gas and switched over to run on diesel They did this by closing a second intake valve thus increasing the compression ration from 6:1 to 16:1 ..so started on gas but ran on diesel

Diesel and gasoline are two different fuels and no engine designed to use one will run on the other.
