Not at the present. The lining they use in the cups makes it difficult to recycle the cups. Considering how much coffee is consumed in those cups, they should change to an all paper variety that would be recyclable. It's up to consumers though to put that kind of pressue on them.

That depends where you live. Some parts of the country have advanced recycling programs that allow you to recycle the cups AND the lids, while most places can only recycle the lids. Check your local recycling centre for specifics of your city.

Tim Hortons cups are accepted in the municipal green-cart composting program in the Halton municipality of Ontario (includes Oakville, Burlington, and Milton). I am not sure how they deal with the polyethylene lining the cup. It could be that the compost is a low grade (B or C) and thus can handle some impurity.

It depends on the area you live in. Due to the plastic liner inside the cup (to prevent the paper cup from breaking) it is not recyclable in many areas.
