Yes, go to a Driver License department with a US passport and DL from the states theyll issue u a drivers license in Canada if u live there and you have to open a checking account i perfer TD Canada Trust then youll have to leave $500 min for a credit card the $500 is collateral for the card after 12 months you will get ur money back and have credit history and can get more cards.
