Yes, depending upon the wording of the statutes in your jurisdiction... Persons trained in the use of their bodies (i.e.- professional boxers - Martial Arts practitioners - etc) can be charged with an "aggravated" form of assault because of their knowledge of how to use their bodies as weapons.
