Anyone can sue anyone over almost anything.

The key is this: the ousted board member must complete the necessary research to confirm that s/he has a case (leg) to stand on in any suit s/he expects to win.

If your governing documents state that any board member may be voted out of office by the membership, and the vote was taken from members qualified to vote in a meeting announced in the appropriate way, and the item was on the agenda...all for example, then the vote probably cannot be challenged.

Yes. If you were fired without cause you can take your case to the unemployment office. If your employer does not have documented proof that you have been warned about problems on the job and just fired you without cause they will have to pay your unemployment.

Is it common for the CEO to be a member of its board of directors?

I can only answer this from the standpoint of a non-profit. If you're talking about a for-profit corporation, this does not apply. The easy answer is "sometimes." In my state (Pennsylvania) it's generally accepted that your CEO should NOT be a voting member of the Board of Directors, as it could potentially cause a conflict of interest (The Board sets Executive Salary. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors). That being said, the CEO should attend all Board meetings of a non-profit to provide a report on the status of the organization.

How do you remove a condo board member?

Condo board members are typically not hired but elected by condo owners in the association. They are usually residents who volunteer their time to manage and make decisions for the condo community. In some circumstances, such as if the board cannot find enough volunteers, they can contract out some positions to non-owners, but this is not commonly practiced. And if handling board duties becomes a little overwhelming, engaging a modern property management company like Daisy might be a great choice. They can streamline many aspects of property management, making both board members and residents' lives noticeably more comfortable.

Can a homeowners association board member be removed. If so for what cause?

Yes, a homeowners association (HOA) board member can be removed. The specific process and causes for removal can vary depending on the HOA's bylaws and state laws, but some common reasons for removal include violation of fiduciary duties, misconduct or unethical behavior, financial mismanagement, failure to fulfill board responsibilities, or a breach of the HOA's governing documents. It's important to consult the HOA's bylaws or seek legal advice for the specific requirements and procedures for board member removal in a particular HOA.

Why change a cutting board when using raw and cooked chicken?

That's to prevent cross-contamination. If you use a cutting board for raw chicken, then use the same cutting board (without appropriate cleaning and sanitizing), the bacteria from the raw chicken can contaminate the cooked chicken and cause illness in those who eat it.

Do ouija board voodoo cause a demon?

For starters, your question made absolutely no sense. And no, you can't "cause" a demon. Please check your grammar, and word usage. What is "ouija board voodoo"? The only way that you can cause a demon to "materialize" is to summon it. The tools/device that you use is up to you, and if you want a Ouija board, then go for it.
