If you aren't breathing properly blood pressure can read high especially if you are almost stifling and nervous; very low if no air is reaching your lungs, etc adequately.

Some ingredients that can affect a person's heart or high blood pressure include: Pseudoephedrine Phenylephrine Oxymetazoline(Nasal Decongestant Sprays) If you have the flu you would need to check with your Doctor or Pharmacist about what you should take that wont raise your blood pressure.
