That depends on how OOF it is. If it is slightly blurry, most photo processing software (such as photoshop) give you the ability to sharpen the images. And slight blur can usually be improved, and this makes the photo look sharper.
If it is badly out of focus, then you are out of luck.
To focus most digital cameras you need to push and hold the shutter button half way down. Then to take the picture you push it the full way.
A point and shoot camera can be a fixed focus which does not require focusing as in the single use types. If a camera is not auto focus or fixed focus then you must focus it manually. This is usually done by rotating a part of the lens until the picture is clear in the view viewfinder
You can use a digital camera to focus the picture , regular cameras dont have it, it can record videos, edit, and an easier way to zoom into a scene.
The difference is the lens, auto-focus, color and sharpness / detail of the picture, but this only depends on the two cameras that you are comparing.
Most digital cameras have a 2-stage shutter button (thats the main button that takes a picture). If you press it half-ways in it will re-focus the picture, and if you press it all the way it will take the picture. Try pressing the button half ways in to refocus the picture.
The eye light in a camera helps focus on the emotions in a person's eyes. Without it you would not be able to see the true emotions of the picture.

A digital single-lens reflex camera (digital SLR or DSLR) is a digital camera that uses an automatic mirror system and pentaprism or pentamirror to direct light from the lens through the viewfinder eyepiece. ---- Cheep! Fixed lens probably means fixed focal length. The lens (camera) cannot change focus. The manufacturer picks a compromise focus position that often gives somewhat focused pictures between maybe 7 feet and infinity. It's also possible that it is referring to a fixed aperture. That is, it doesn't have a way to change the size of the opening behind the lens to control how much light gets in. Cheep cameras often don't have either of these features.
There are 3 steps to creating a digital picture: (1)Focus light (2)Capture image (3)Generate digital file The lens in a digital camera is used to focus the light into a sharp image. Many digital cameras are "fixed focus" meaning that the lens assembly does not move when focusing between far and distant objects. Inside every digital camera is an small electronic chip smaller than your thubnail that converts the focused light energy into electrical signals. Millions of separate light sensors are arranged on the electronic chip in a rectangular "array" behind the lens. When you press the shutter button, the millions of light sensors measure the instantaneous level of light striking their small area and send this data to other circuitry in the camera. There these millions of separate values are converted to a computer file format (usually .jpg) and stored in the memory of the camera.
You may have not allowed the camera time to focus. Press down and wait for the camera to focus before taking the picture. It may have focused on a subject in the foreground, thus causing a subject in the background to be out of focus. Read the owner's manual.
why cant you jumpstart a ford focus 4 cylinder does it have to do with it being digital
Digital picture frames can be bought from many retailers, in store and online. Amazon or Walmart would be great places to check for digital picture frames.
