I Really Want Too Know That If I Was The Main Carer For My 20 Month Old Brother Up Until He Was One, Does That Mean I Have A Right Too See Him? I Have Been Denied Access To Him, Since Me And My Mum Have Fallen Out. I Really Want Him To Remember Me And I Want To Take Him Out. He Is More Of A Son To Me Then A Brother, But Do I Have To Wait Till Im 18 Years Old Too Have A Right To Take Him Out. Please I Am Really Desperate For This. If you still live with your mum then yeah, your in the same house so of course you can. But if you live with your dad or someone else then it could be difficult. The thing is, your 14, the fight with your mum is probably just a hormonal argument and shes punishing you like this. Trust me, ive had lots of those fights. It will probably blow over. Otherwise tell a trusted adult who can try and convince your mum to let you see your brother. :)

In general, it is unlikely for a fourteen-year-old to gain joint custody of a younger sibling. The legal age to obtain custody rights is typically higher and differs based on the jurisdiction. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, such as the absence or incapacity of the parents, a court may consider alternative custody arrangements, possibly including the involvement of an older sibling. It is best to consult with a lawyer or legal professional to understand the specific laws and options in your jurisdiction.
