Yes he could get in trouble even if he was not the person driving. He could be charged still with transporting a minor across state lines and sometimes even kidnapping.

Will a 17 year old girl and 16 year old boy get arrested or get in trouble for running away and getting married without parental consent because the girl is pregnant?

Since they are minors they need parental consent so no one will marry them or the marriage will not be legal. Even in states where you can get married young due to pregnancy, you still need to go to court and get a judge's permission and they rarely give that. If you do manage to get married nothing happens and you are then emancipated. If you fail your parents will punish you and you are not emancipated.

Can an 18 year old guy get in trouble if his 17 year old girlfriend moves in with him?

If she is below the age of consent and there are no close in age exemptions and they have sex, it would be statutory rape. If no sex no trouble as long as she has parental consent to move out.

Is there a US state where it is legal to get married if you are 13 and your boyfriend is 44 what if I'm pregnant he can't get in trouble right?

Most states require parental permission if you're under 18. I found this information which you might want to check. Yes, your boyfriend can get in BAD trouble for having sex with you. Other situations - Pregnant Teens: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland and Oklahoma allow pregnant teens or teens who have already had a child to get married without parental consent.

If you cross a state line to marry a minor without her parents consent but the marriage will be legal can you get in trouble?

Transporting a Minor across State lines is a Federal Felony Crime no matter what the reason. Typically a minor requires parental consent to get married. Without it, the marriage will not be legal. There are a few places that would allow a the marriage with a court order, but not likely to be issued if the parents do not consent.

If im 16 and my boyfriend 22 with parental consent will he get in trouble in the state of Michigan?

With parental consent, you can still get in trouble due to the strict liability laws that exist in most U.S. states. I suggest you date someone closer to your age. A sixteen year old is too young for a 22 year old. And you must have some idea of this, otherwise, you would not be asking if this is ok to do.
