Why would a bank put a lien on real property?  Can a jointly owned home have a lien against it?  Can someone put a lien on a home that is jointly owned?  Can the mother of the child put a lien on real property?  Can a lender put a lien on your second house if you foreclose?  Can a lien be put on a property owned by two different people?  Can a lein be put on a peice of property that is jointly owned?  Can a creditor lien your property if the property is jointly owned?  If jointly owned property is held in TBE how do you get your money?  Husband owned a business that closed but had no assets other than the machinery which the bank sold and kept the proceeds Can they now put a lien against the house that is jointly owned for the outsta?  Can you place a lien against your own property that is owned jointly so that when the house sells you are paid what you put into it before the rest of the proceeds are split?  Can you transfer your house which is jointly owned to your wife so that your creditors cannot put a lien against it?
