Yes, a lactating woman can share her milk with anyone she wishes. While breast milk is made for babies and not adults in both substance and quantity, it will certainly do anyone good who drinks it. Many couples do this as a regular part of their life together. This is often called an Adult Nursing Relationship. The biggest benefit of doing this is not found in the nutritional value of breast milk but in the bonding and building of the relationship between the nursing woman and her partner. If you are open to building and growing the relationship you have with your significant other and are lactating then try making breast feeding a part of your life together. After all, if breast milk is good enough for babies it's good enough for the man in your life.

Theoretically, yes as a mans "breasts" are capable of producing milk if his body has high enough estrogen levels. However, it is impractical.
