Can a non-driving college student get cheaper insurance rates?

Answer

You may be able to check on other auto insurance quotes available and see if you can get a better deal. If you can, then ask your insurer, State Farm, if they will specifically exclude you from the policy. It's called a Driver Exclusion endorsement to the policy and I'm certain it can be done. They may require you provide proof of other coverage.
