No!!! Always ask the wifes consent!!! If you dont things will just end badly. If u are scared of her saying no just be nice,thoughtful and mabye buy her some roses. Tell her you love her and just want some alone time with your daughter. Good luck!!

Here if the court has given the custody of the children to the mother then she is free to take them anywhere.

Also, depending on where you are, if the father is not on the birth certificate there is no permission needed. As far as legality, however, if the father is on the birth certificate or paternity has been determined by a court the father's permission would be needed.

Legally, no. He can't even come see the child. But it really depends on why the father has no visitation rights in the first place right??? If it was because of something serious, then I personally wouldn't let the child go, but if it was something simple, and the parents are cool with each other, then by all means.

Well yes, since they are married none of them have to ask the other one for consent since they have equal rights to the children. If they were not married it would be different.
